Recruitment Process

At POWERCARE Recruitment we have our own process, that ensures that we keep the high quality, that has made us a success for more than 20 years. Also, it’s your insurance that our service is always on top.

    Job Analysis

    We start by uncovering your organization’s needs. Including preparing a job profile and the healthcare staff competence profile.

    Screening

    We then start screening our database of more than +20.000 Nordic healthcare workers. With our many years in the field, we have a large resume-database that we review. In addition, we screen our network for potential candidates.

    Interview & Test

    After the screening process we have a shortlist. We invite the candidates on the shortlist for a personal interview. Here we make an overall assessment of professionalism, references, and supplementary information.

    Presentation

    After the interview, we select the profiles that comply with our clients’ requirements. We then present the profiles to the client, where we recommend the customer to have interviews with the selected profiles.

    Follow-up & Quality assurance

    We always do a follow-up with both customer and the employee, after the recruitment process has ended. We do this to make sure that the employment lives up to the expectations of both parties. We believe that a follow-up can help speed up and optimize the onboarding process. Also, it is a great way for us to receive feedback to make sure we always deliver highly qualified health staff.
