First, we need your motivated application including two new references and a clean criminal record.
The first interview is with us, where we talk about your qualifications, preferences and wishes for the position. The interview typically takes place via video call, or at our offices located in Hellerup, Copenhagen.
POWERCARE Recruitment invites you to a second interview where you will meet your potential future employer.
Together with you and your future employer, we make sure that every detail is in order. Both parties are satisfied with the terms agreed. You are now ready for your new job.
After the process has ended and you are settled in at your new position, we do a follow up with you and your employer to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the process.
